Got a rejection email from Google stating…
We’ve found your site to be predominantly adult or mature in nature. This includes text or images that contain sexual, lewd or provocative content, and sites that require users to be at least 18, or that may not be safe for work.
WTF? You serious? None of the magazines I scan require an ID to buy. Since when did King, Smooth, XXL, Essence, Jewel, etc get classified as dirty magazines? I am not sure whether to feel complimented that they think this site is just that sexy or insulted at being treated like a digital pimp. So Google keep your chicken feed.
But they have gotta be pulling my chain with that adult tag.
Just call me a smut peddler, “Hey kid, want to see the latest issue of Vibe. Don’t tell your parents where you gotta, you dig.”

LOL, this artcile got me listed on a Sex Search Site. The man gets me either way.
haha, google own the web bro! they pull all the strings!!
you are quite right though, very stupid!
It is just another example of a total misunderstanding of black culture.
Hey, this is the same thing they were talking about in that Village Voice article about how tough it was for the urban mags to get legitimate advertising from the same people who would put ads in Maxim and FHM. Same outfits but bigger bottoms in them so now it’s lewd. Right!
terxav nailed it–it just show how white society *still* view black sexuality as taboo.
Then again, it really says something about your site that Google even took notice of it. I know of several other sites with more explicit content, like King’s website, that have Google Adsense.
Ya, I experienced a realy subtle form of this in the european skanning forums. Someone could post a series of naked pictures of a white porn star / model and it would all be rave posts, but if I posted a Melyssa Ford set, etc I kept getting an occasional remark about my “motive” or complaints about how all my sets were “big tits and big asses.” It was real passive, nothing overt but it got consistent enough that I just said fuck it.
hey, man
good job, keep on pushin’ nice pics on the web and send ‘vaffanculo’ (italian for fuck ya) to Google. Categorizin’ everything ‘n tryin’ keepin’ power & control over the Net (just to make big money…) it is something resembling the Architect duty in Matrix. We all sucked tits and came out from the same place, so let’s pray our goddeses ‘n leave Google sexophobes the their lone ‘n miserable lives.
Best regards, paolo
Ha ha, dumb, o well, google be having some dirtier stuff.
