As for her comment, I generally agree with her. As has been said before leadership is the mans natural role. IF he is a good man, then any woman he’s with would be completely ok with letting him lead because he would treat her well, and would resect her as an equal. She can be educated, have a career, and have her own mind. She just respects his masculine roles, the same way he respects her feminine ones.
Personally, I don’t know why a womans job has become such a big ‘thing’. Ok contemplate if you will, the possible nefarious reasoning behind the Women’s Lib movement. If you goto to YouTube & search for the “Esoteric Agenda”, you will see a couple of plausible reasons.
1. Before the Women’s Lib movement, only 1/2 of the population was being taxed. So the government says hey lets help start the Women’s Lib movement. That way women are working & we can tax them too…
2. By taking women out of the household you get the children indoctrinated into the system earlier than grade school with daycare & pre-school…
So now the independent woman is SOMETIMES more focused on her career than her family. And with that the breakdown of the nuclear family begins.

You made the best point about the whole male and female roles. If you got me, I got you and vice-versa. This is why the male female dynamic is so screwed up especially in the Black community. All this going back and forth. Women had to assume a man’s role because many men were NOT stepping up to the plate taking care of their responsibilities. Don’t get mad at the woman if her father was no where around and her mom had to raise her solo along w her siblings. Its a vicious cycle so when that woman grows up all she knows is being independent and counting on herself. She don’t know how to step into the passenger seat cuz she always had to drive. A real woman would like to be able kick back and let a real man lead but if she cant rely on you why? That makes no sense. At the same time, a man needs to elevate and provide for his woman and provide don’t always mean money. Women like to know you have our back because as women who naturally nurture, we’re usually the ones taking care of everyone else so we need the security and reassurance. I can go on all day.
