S. Carter makes her living looking good and making you look good as a model, make-up artist and hair stylist. S. Carter is definitely the gem in this issue of Craze Magazine.
As for Craze magazine, I actually like what they are going for with their layout and art style. The crazy backgrounds and collage effects are kool. What they need to do to make me a fan is dial down the slick on the models by about 50% and use the picture in picture effect a little more sparingly.
